Eligibility
This offer is strictly open to new clients only who have not previously held an account or used Virtalent services, and who sign up between 30th September 2026 and 31st December 2026.

Qualifying criteria
To qualify for the free Fortnum & Mason gift hamper, the client must successfully complete payment for their first two (2) consecutive monthly invoices in full and on time.

Fulfilment
The gift hamper will be dispatched to the client’s designated UK postal address within 30 days of receipt of payment for the second monthly invoice.

Offer limits
This promotion is limited to one (1) Fortnum & Mason hamper of Virtalent’s choosing, per business or account. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, trial, or referral incentive.

Non-transferable & substitutions
The hamper is non-transferable, subject to availability, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. Virtalent reserves the right to substitute the hamper with an item of equal or higher value if necessary.

Cancellation & forfeiture
If the service agreement is cancelled, refunded, or terminated prior to the receipt of payment for the second monthly invoice, the client forfeits eligibility for the hamper.

General & amendments
Virtalent reserves the right to audit claims, verify eligibility, or modify/withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Privacy
Personal data provided for dispatch will be used strictly to fulfil the hamper delivery in accordance with Virtalent’s Privacy Policy.
