Purpose Statement
We exist to create a more balanced way of working by giving small business founders back their time and headspace through trusted, flexible Virtual Assistant support that helps them grow sustainably and with confidence.
Our purpose is to strengthen small businesses and improve the quality of work for the people who support them. We aim to reduce pressure on founders, while creating meaningful, flexible work for skilled professionals, built on trust, clarity and the freedom to work in a way that fits their life and their values. This includes greater freedom to participate in community initiatives that create positive social impacts. We also contribute to an environmentally sustainable way of delivering work through a primarily remote model that reduces commuting and associated emissions.
This strengthens businesses on both sides: helping founders focus on growth and resilience and giving people a better way to work and live. In doing so, we help build a more balanced, people-first way of working that builds healthier businesses, stronger livelihoods and more sustainable economic growth.
