NEWS: Entrepreneurs Use Talent Pool to Make Waves in Business Support

It is fantastic to see Virtalent featured in Midlands Business News talking about how our Virtual Assistants help entrepreneurs and professionals.

Here’s the official press release:

“Two enterprising minds have set up a company which provides virtual work support for busy entrepreneurs and professionals.

Virtalent gives clients access to a flexible, virtual workforce without having to employ extra staff as they grow their businesses.

Co-founders Sam Wilson and Ellie Bekalo both left Aston Business School and immediately set up Virtalent in Birmingham to meet a gap in the market. Their idea has impressed the business community and won backing from a series of investors.

Ellie said: “We believe what we offer is unique. It is a professional, value for money service so time-pressed entrepreneurs can concentrate on building their businesses and delegate tasks to bright people who can work remotely on their behalf.

“We have a talent pool of carefully selected university students with a wide variety of skills from social media management to web design, law and much more. They can work flexible hours as virtual assistants, bringing fresh ideas and insight and add real value.”

Fellow director Sam explained that Virtalent required no long term commitment from clients. Work is billed to the minute and overseen by a dedicated account manager.

Sam said: “It is ideal for businesses looking for motivated individuals to take on specific projects but do not need or want to go to the trouble of hiring support staff. Our taskers are native English speakers or bilingual. They are keen to gain practical and relevant experience which will enhance their future career prospects so what we provide benefits both parties.”

Entrepreneur Peter Murtha, founder of Optima Hair Specialists and co-founder of Mr McQueen, a luxury upholstery brand for hotels, bars and restaurants, has used Virtalent for support which is helping his businesses grow to keep up with demand.

He said: “Running a number of businesses is time consuming so I really appreciate the support from Virtalent. The work is first class and I would recommend its services without hesitation.”

Virtalent is based in Birmingham city centre. For more information visit www.virtalent.com
