When you work with one of our Virtual Assistants, you can rest assured that client confidentiality remains at the forefront of the relationship and your data is safe. 

Confidentiality And GDPR –  Your Virtual Assistant

Every single Virtual Assistant that works as part of our team has signed an extensive, legally-binding agreement, drafted by specialist legal professionals in this area This ensures your VA is committed to handling your affairs with complete confidentiality and data security in mind, at all times.

Alongside this, each Virtual Assistant also signs a standalone Data Processing Agreement, which has been written to ensure that we are all re committed to adhering to stringent data protection policies and GDPR regulation, maximising the safety of your data.

In addition to this, all Virtual Assistants must complete a comprehensive IT security checklist, before being onboarded and matched to any client. 

Upon being onboarded, all Virtual Assistants are 360 identity checked via specialist identity checking service, Veriphy. This is the highest level of check available and provides assurance that we have an in-depth and comprehensive overview of every member joining the team.  This further enables us to protect your business and provide reassurance that you know who you are dealing with.

 In the event that you need your Virtual Assistant to sign a non-disclosure agreement, this can also be arranged.  We understand that there may be further requirements depending on your type of business, internal policies to adhere to or even just that you are looking for additional peace of mind.  As such, we are happy to work to facilitate this for you wherever reasonably possible.

Confidentiality And GDPR – Virtalent

To accompany the stringent processes in place for our Virtual Assistants, the client agreement between you, the client, and Virtalent, is also designed with confidentiality and data protection in mind.

As far as your data is concerned, there is no room for error.  Fortunately, we are Cyber Essentials certified and this means we follow very stringent rules around data and IT security. Whether that is protecting our inboxes using 2-factor authentication or ensuring we work within ring fenced, firewalled IT systems, we do everything we can to work securely. .  Alongside this, all website and portal application data is transferred over a 256-bit SSL encryption.

Plus, our watertight insurance cover – including cyber and professional indemnity – provides you with complete peace of mind

We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office to guarantee data protection best practices.
