Lisa Dunbar

Lisa works with Steph in the Client Success Team driving innovation, excellence and efficiency in customer service, ensuring that Virtalent’s client base and 200+ highly skilled Virtual Assistants are well supported and have everything they need. As well as getting involved in the day-to-day support of clients and VAs alike, Lisa also works closely with the management team and is always on the lookout for new efficiencies and improvements.

Thriving off all things Client Success, Lisa loves having the opportunity to communicate with clients regularly and ensure that they are entirely satisfied at all times. As a people person, nothing pleases Lisa more than being able to chat with clients first-hand to dig deep and understand exactly how we can best support them.

Lisa brings over fifteen years of account management experience to the team having worked for some of the country’s leading marketing agencies and this has seen her working in the East Midlands, Manchester and London.

Working for these leading agencies meant Lisa had to work in a fast-paced environment. Having to flex her skills daily, Lisa faced working in both challenging, diverse and often evolving environments.  As a result, she’s not easily phased!

This experience is how Lisa found her passion to support clients and use all of her learned experience to ensure they are successful and support their business growth.

With a reputation for being one of the most personable people that her clients say they’ve met, Lisa radiates positive energy and has a growth mindset to match – what a winning formula!

It’s safe to say Lisa emulates all things customer success and it’s truly at the heart of everything she does. 

Which is exactly why Lisa loves supporting both the clients and VAs here at Virtalent and is completely committed to ensuring their ongoing success.

Outside of work, there’s nothing Lisa cherishes more than her family and spending precious time with her husband and son.  You can often find Lisa on rainy walks in the forest which keep her calm and grounded. Lisa also enjoys travelling and exploring new places and feels there’s nothing better than experiencing somewhere for the first time.  Should you ask Lisa her favourite food and drink – it’d be coffee and cake, always!
